“ So heres the deal bought a car here not a Lexus a Cadillac. Paid cash for it everything seemed fine. Took the car home and legit 30 minutes after I got home check engine light came on. 2 days later the antifreeze hose broke had to call a tow truck. Stevinson was nice and fixed it free of charge, as I would expect. But this took about 5 days for me to get it back. Total of about 7 days that i could not work because i do deliveries. That's 7 days of income that i lost. dont get me wrong the service was great Katie was awesome and friendly just great overall . But it was the worst carbuying experience ever! ”

“ GM is awesome, along with finance and Jim W. (sales). Not a great place for a trade in at all however. Expect a low ball. They offered me $2K less than KBB for a car in excellent shape. Then put it on the lot for $6K over the offer ; 2K over what I paid retail at another dealership. (And this is on a car worth <20K so that is a huge margin). I know a dealership needs to make a profit to operate and used cars is a top revenue stream but this seems excessive to me in comparison to other dealerships. You will do better almost anywhere if you are trading. Otherwise, top notch product and facility. ”
