Raised in small communities of North Dakota and Minnesota, Shane learned at a young age to become friends with everyone he encounters and strive to make every purchase experience the very best it can be. When he’s not working, Shane spends most of his free time in the garage, preparing his vehicles for racing or just a drive in the mountains of Colorado.

Ron is a native of Colorado and wouldn’t think of living anywhere else - - he loves the natural beauty that Colorado offers. He and his wife Jean spend their free time riding Harley’s, skiing and golfing. And if that doesn’t keep him busy enough, Ron has recently become a grandparent and couldn’t be happier. He has over 27 years automotive experience, most of which was with the Acura car line. Ron joined the Stevinson Lexus of Frederick team in April 2009 and has been a great addition.font>

Originally from the state of Texas, Dwaine Croft moved to Denver at the age of 10. Dwaine began his automotive career in 1981 as a detail technician, advancing in various capacities until becoming the parts & service director of a Denver area Honda dealership. Dwaine’s accomplishments include winning the Honda Service Excellence award in 1997 and 1998 and the Toyota President’s Award in 1993. Dwaine joined the Stevinson Lexus of Frederick team in 2009 and enjoys helping his Clients achieve the maximum enjoyment from their Lexus vehicles. His interests include running, staying physically fit and spending time with his wife, three daughters and two grandsons.
